1. Purposes
Data may be used for reservations, service notices, identity checks, payment and refunds, support, disputes, safety, and fraud prevention.
2. Data handled
An email or Korean mobile number, a four-digit PIN, locker choice, usage time, and payment records may be handled. Full card numbers are intended to be processed by the payment provider, not stored by us.
3. Current demo
Email, mobile number, and PIN entered in this demo are not sent to or stored on a server. Collection grounds and retention periods will be finalized before live payment integration.
4. Processors and sharing
World Locker may process reservation and locker-control data, and a confirmed payment provider may process payments. Final processors, tasks, and overseas transfers will be disclosed before launch.
5. Retention and rights
Data is deleted when its purpose ends unless transaction records must be kept by law. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction.
6. Contact
Operator, privacy officer, contact details, and exact retention periods will be added once confirmed. This draft must not be treated as the final live policy until then.
