These terms govern self-service luggage storage and online reservations at 127 LUGGAGE STORAGE Hongdae.
1. Service
Service is provided daily from 05:00 to 22:00 at B1, 127 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Follow the on-screen steps to select, pay for, store, and collect your luggage.
2. Rates and time
The base rate covers four hours from payment. Extra time is charged by the hour, with partial hours rounded up. Review the final amount before payment.
3. Accepted items
Items must fit safely inside the selected locker. Dangerous, flammable, illegal, perishable, odorous, cash, and high-value items are not accepted.
4. User duties
Keep your PIN and reservation details secure and use the locker only for storage. Damage caused by overloading or misuse may be charged to the user.
5. Failures and liability
For system or locker failures, the operator will reasonably provide remote support, another locker, or a refund. Verified direct loss caused by the operator during normal storage is handled under applicable law; liability may be limited for force majeure, user fault, or prohibited items.
6. PIN, access, and support
If a PIN is lost or a locker cannot be opened, reservation and identity verification may be required. On-site checks may take time, and users must cooperate with reasonable safety instructions.
7. Uncollected and lost items
Items left after the service ends may be relocated and incur overage charges. After reasonable contact attempts, long-uncollected items are handled under applicable law and the operating rules disclosed before use. Found items outside lockers may be returned after ownership is verified.
8. Maintenance and prohibited conduct
Service may be temporarily suspended for safety, maintenance, or failures, with advance notice where practical. Transfer or resale of use rights, criminal or commercial misuse, facility damage, and interference with others are prohibited.
9. Governing rules
